At Homelves Furniture Trading LLC, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • In some cases, we may deliver your order earlier than the estimated timeframe, depending on product availability and logistics.

2. Delivery Charges

  • For Dubai & Sharjah - free delivery is available for all orders.
  • For Abu Dhabi - free shipping for orders above AED 399. If the amount is less there will be a delivery charge of AED 49.
  • For other Emirates - free shipping for orders above AED 399. If the amount is less there will be a delivery charge of AED 89.

3. Delivery Coordination

  • Our delivery team or logistics partner may contact you via phone call to:
    1. Confirm your availability
    2. Schedule or finalize a convenient delivery time slot
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability at the agreed delivery time.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the promised delivery timelines:

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
    1. High demand
    2. Logistics constraints
    3. Weather or external factors
  • In case your delivery is expected to exceed the stated timeline, we will notify you via:
    1. Phone call
    2. Email
    3. SMS

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible (e.g., elevators, entryways, staircases).
  • Any special requirements should be communicated in advance.

6. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:
  1. Re-delivery may be rescheduled
  2. Additional charges may apply

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage or issues should be reported immediately to the delivery team or by contacting us.

8. Delivery & Assembly

  • For items requiring assembly, our professional team will complete the setup at the time of delivery.
  • Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on the product.
  • Customers are requested to coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth installation process.
