This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased from Homelves Furniture Trading LLC (“Homelves”, “we”, “our”, “us”). It outlines the terms, coverage, and limitations of warranties offered on our furniture and home products.
1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty coverage includes:
- Structural defects (frame, joints, base structure)
- Manufacturing faults in materials
- Mechanism defects (if applicable, e.g., recliners, drawers)
2. Warranty Period
Warranty periods vary depending on product category:
- Sofas, Beds, Storage & Large Furniture: 2 years (structure/mechanism)
- Chairs, Tables & Small Furniture: 1 year
- Decor, Soft Furnishings & Household Items: No warranty
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
3. What is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Breakage or failure due to manufacturing defects
- Structural instability not caused by misuse
- Faulty mechanisms under normal usage
If a defect is confirmed, we will:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the defective part/product, or
- Offer an alternative solution at our discretion
4. What is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear & Tear
- Fabric fading, pilling, or wrinkles
- Cushion softening over time
- Minor cracks or natural wood movement
Misuse or Damage
- Improper use, negligence, or accidents
- Exposure to water, sunlight, humidity, or heat
- Scratches, dents, stains, or burns
- Overloading beyond recommended capacity
Improper Handling
- Damage during self-assembly or relocation
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
Commercial Use
- Products used for commercial, rental, or office purposes (unless specified)
5. Upholstery & Fabric Disclaimer
- Variations in color, texture, and grain are natural and not defects
- Fabric fading due to sunlight or cleaning chemicals is not covered
- Leather may develop natural creases over time
6. Mattress Warranty (If Applicable)
- Covered only for manufacturing defects (e.g., sagging beyond tolerance)
- Does not cover:

- Stains or hygiene-related issues

- Within warranty: repair/replacement is generally free for manufacturing defects
- Outside warranty or non-covered cases:

10. Limitations of Warranty
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- Warranty is non-transferable

To maintain warranty validity, customers must:
- Follow care instructions provided with the product
- Avoid exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Use products for intended residential purposes only
