6. Returns & Refunds

    1. Product is unused and in original packaging
    2. Request is made within the specified return period
  • Certain items (e.g., bedding, customized products) are non-returnable once opened
  • Assembled or installed furniture cannot be returned unless defective

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.

7. Warranty

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects
  • Warranty does not cover:
    1. Misuse or improper handling
    2. Normal wear and tear
    3. Environmental damage (heat, humidity, etc.)

We may repair or replace defective items at our discretion.
