1. Overview

At Homelves, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.


2. Return Eligibility

2.1 General Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required

2.2 Return Window

  • Accessories & décor items: 
  • A return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery of the product to the customer.
  • Furniture items: Eligible only before assembly or use

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Assembled or installed furniture
  • Mattresses, bedding, and hygiene-sensitive products once opened
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Furniture Policy (Important)

  • Furniture cannot be returned once delivered, assembled, and accepted by the customer
  • Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery
  • Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 24–48 hours

4. Return Process

Customers can request a return through one of the following methods:

  • Submit a return request via your Homelves account
  • Our team will arrange pickup within 3–5 business days

4.2 Customer Support

  • Contact Homelves support to schedule a pickup

4.3 Return Conditions

  • Items must be securely packed before handover
  • Pickup confirmation receipt will be provided

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Refunds are processed only after approval

5.2 Refund Methods

5.3 Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing: 4–15 business days after approval
  • Bank processing time may vary

6. Return Fees & Shipping

  • Return shipping may apply unless:
    1. The item is defective
    2. Wrong item delivered
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos as proof

Homelves will:

  • Arrange repair, replacement, or refund (case-dependent)

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours
  • Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return

9. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed
  • Customers may return the item and place a new order
