1. Overview
At Homelves, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 General Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required
2.2 Return Window

A return request can be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.

2.3 Product Eligibility
Non-Assembled Furniture
Once the product has been assembled and the customer has acknowledged receipt, it is not eligible for return, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged.
Assembled / Installed Furniture
Once a product has been unpacked, assembled, or wall-mounted and the customer has acknowledged receipt at the time of delivery, it is not eligible for return, unless it is defective or damaged upon inspection.
Note: Any product approved for return must be handed over in its original packaging. Products returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Assembled or installed furniture
- Mattresses, bedding, and hygiene-sensitive products once opened
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Furniture Policy (Important)
- Furniture cannot be returned once the customer has accepted the delivery, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery
- Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 48 hours

6. Return Fees & Shipping
- Return shipping may apply unless:
- The item is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos as proof
Homelves will:
- Arrange repair, replacement, or refund (case-dependent)
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours
- Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return
9. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not guaranteed
- Customers may return the item and place a new order
