Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Homelves Furniture Trading LLC, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and product exchanges.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us at support@homelves.ae with your order details.

After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • In such cases, customers may request an exchange (subject to conditions below).

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be:
    1. Unused and in original condition
    2. In original packaging
    3. Free from damage, stains, or signs of use

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Decor items
  • Soft furnishings (e.g., cushions, bedding, rugs)
  • Household items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been assembled or installed (unless defective)

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos for assessment.
  • We will arrange:
    1. Replacement, or
    2. Repair, depending on the issue

5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

    1. Order number
    2. Reason for exchange
    3. Photos of the product
  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup and exchange

6. Exchange Charges

  • Exchange due to defect/damage: No additional cost
  • Exchange for other reasons (e.g., change of mind):

Delivery or service charges may apply


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for:
    1. Cancelled orders (before dispatch)
    2. Cases where exchange/replacement is not possible
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to inspect items at the time of delivery
  • Once accepted and signed, products are considered delivered in good condition (unless reported within the specified time)
  • Homelves reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions
